AWARENESS + ACTION = A DIFFERENT KIND OF BOOK CLUB
Book Club meets last Wednesday morning of each month at the Library front steps and will walk along the river path and chat as we go. Copies of the book will be available at the library.
Nelson author Jennifer Craig launches her new novel Gone to Pot on Thursday, March 30, 7pm at the Nelson Public Library. Clearly set in the Queen City, Gone to Pot tells the story of a fiercely independent but suddenly unemployed senior names Jess who gets creative about making money—with hilarious results. As Jess learns a new use for her basement, she also learns that new friends can be found in surprising places. Gone to Pot is published by Second Story Press. Otter books will be on hand, and surprises may be in store.
This group meets on the last Friday of the month except for stat holidays. Book sets are brought in for patrons to borrow. Please contact the library to add your name to our email list if you haven’t already done so. The group does not meet in July and August.
