Gen Z and millennials have some surprising attitudes and behaviours regarding media consumption and library use. Thanks to an important new study that has been released we can use the data collected to help us make better decisions in serving our patrons.
The study is called Gen Z and Millennials: How They Use Public Libraries and Identify Through Media Use and is authored by Kathi Inman Berens, Ph.D. and Rachel Noorda, Ph.D. Portland State University.
