Customer Service Training

Offered through the UVic Gustavson School of Business, this training is available to all public library staff across BC. These popular courses include informative, actionable content based on easy-to-follow frameworks that are applicable whether you serve customers or colleagues locally or internationally. After completing a final quiz, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from the University of Victoria’s Gustavson School of Business.

To Register:

  • click on the gold “ENROL NOW” button that can be found on the top of each link below (Level 1, Level 2, etc.)
  • create an account and you will receive an email confirming registration (you only have to create an account once for all the customer service courses)
  • Please note: plan to take each course in numerical order
  • Reminder: the course is free to take as the KLF uses grant funds to pay the fee for member library staff
